Today we wrapped up our conversation based on how we are judged and who we actually are on the inside. It was a conversation all students were able to take part in and shared possible differences between the two.

Today in Social Studies we spoke about judgments and the reasons why people may have them about you. The list the students created is seen above- they went above and beyond! We will continue to discuss how we feel we are/have been judged.

We are working on summarizing in reading and it is a skill that may seem easier than it is. Students were given one sentence and asked to change ONE word/phrase and then pass it to the next person (as well as covering up the original sentence). Once you get your original sentence back, the last sentence should be a summary of it. See above for an example.

Today in Reading MOST students met with a teacher to discuss their MAP Reading score. If they met with us, they have a reading goal sheet that needs to be signed and returned.
